We'll only use your details to send the report.
Patients choose providers before they ever call
Whether someone is searching for a new primary care physician, a specialist for a specific condition, or an urgent care clinic open right now, the decision usually happens online in a matter of minutes. They compare a handful of practices on reviews, location, insurance clarity, and how simple booking looks. A practice that provides excellent care but has a thin online presence loses those patients to one that simply looks more accessible.
We build marketing around how patients actually search: local and specialty SEO for the conditions and services you treat, a Google Business Profile and review base that reflect the care you provide, educational content that answers patient questions, and a website that removes friction between finding you and booking. All of it built with an understanding of the standards and sensitivities that come with healthcare marketing.
Marketing built for physicians and clinics
Every service under one roof, so your practice looks credible and accessible everywhere a patient finds you.
Specialty and condition SEO
Optimized pages for the specialties, conditions, and treatments you want more of, built to rank for the searches patients actually use, from family doctor accepting new patients to specific procedures.
Local SEO and Google Business
Map pack visibility and complete, accurate Google Business Profiles for every provider and location, with the hours, insurance, and services patients check before booking.
Reputation management
A review generation and response strategy that builds the trust patients look for, handled with the discretion and privacy awareness healthcare requires.
Patient acquisition campaigns
Campaigns focused on the service lines you want to grow: new patient visits, screenings, and seasonal care, aimed at the patients most likely to book.
Patient education content
Clear, accurate content that answers the questions your patients are already searching, building authority for your providers and confidence for the patient.
Website design
An accessible, mobile-first site with providers, services, insurance, and scheduling front and center, built to get a patient from search to booked appointment with as little friction as possible.
Visuals that put patients at ease
Choosing a provider is personal. Authentic visuals of your team and space make that decision easier.
Provider and facility photography
Professional photos of your providers, staff, and space: warm, real, and reassuring, so patients know exactly who and what to expect before they arrive.
Video content
Provider introduction videos, service explainers, and what-to-expect walkthroughs that ease patient anxiety and build familiarity before the first visit.
Graphic design
Patient-facing materials, service one-pagers, social graphics, and signage designed to match your brand, so every touchpoint feels like the same trusted practice.

Questions practices ask us
Most of these come up in the first ten minutes of a call, so here they are up front. If yours is not on the list, ask us directly.
How long before we see more new patients?
Local SEO is a build, not a switch. Most practices start seeing real movement in the first few months, and it compounds from there. Anyone promising you the map pack in two weeks is either misleading you or about to get you penalized.
Profile accuracy usually shows results earlier than rankings. Correct hours, insurance information, and provider listings change whether someone calls the moment they find you.
Can you focus on specific specialties or service lines?
Yes, and that is usually the point. A practice that wants more knee replacements and one that wants more annual wellness visits need different pages, different content, and different campaigns. Tell us which service lines you want to grow and we build around those rather than general visibility.
Can you help us get more reviews?
Yes, and the process matters more here than in most industries. We build a way to ask at the right moment and we handle responses carefully, because a public reply that confirms someone was your patient is itself a disclosure. Responses stay generic and never reference a visit, a condition, or a treatment.
We have multiple providers and locations. Can you handle that?
Yes. Each location needs its own Google Business Profile, each provider benefits from their own presence, and the site has to be structured so your locations are not competing against each other for the same searches. That structure is one of the more common things we end up fixing.
How do you handle patient privacy and HIPAA?
Conservatively. We work from the assumption that anything identifying a patient is off limits unless there is written authorization covering exactly where it will appear, and we do not need or want access to patient records to do this work.
To be clear about the line: we are marketers, not your compliance counsel. HIPAA obligations sit with your practice, and how the rules apply to your situation is a question for your privacy officer or attorney. What we commit to is building the marketing so it does not create exposure, routing everything to you for approval before publication, and pulling anything you or your counsel want pulled.
One practical note: tracking and analytics tools on healthcare websites have drawn regulatory attention in recent years, so that is worth a conversation with your counsel about what you are comfortable running.
Do you integrate with our scheduling system?
We design around it. Whatever patient portal or scheduling platform you use, the site needs to get someone to it quickly and make clear what happens next. On the first call we will look at what you are running and how it behaves on a phone.
Who is actually doing the work?
The same people you meet on the first call. We are small enough that there is no pitch team and no handoff to someone you have never spoken to. That is a genuine constraint on how many of these we take at once, which is why we are picky about scope.
Do you work with practices outside Oklahoma?
Yes. We are based in Edmond and a lot of our clients are in the Oklahoma City metro, but we have worked with national organizations too, including Feed the Children and Folds of Honor.
The one thing that does not travel is local market knowledge. If you are competing in a city we do not know, we will do the homework, and we will be upfront about the fact that it is homework.
We work with other industries too
Same approach, different playbook. Each of these has its own buying journey, its own search behavior, and its own definition of a good lead.

- Your careers page is a marketing problem
Front desk turnover is the constraint in most practices. Hiring is marketing, and the careers page is where it starts.
Let's see where your new patients are going instead.
We will look at where you rank for the services you want to grow, how your profiles and reviews compare to nearby practices, and where patients are choosing someone else. If marketing is not the right spend for you yet, we will say so.
