Choosing an accountant is a trust decision, made online first

Nobody hands over their books, or their tax situation, to a firm they are not sure about. Before a prospective client ever calls, they have searched for firms in their area, scanned reviews, checked whether your site mentions their situation, and formed a judgment about whether you look established enough to trust. If your online presence does not reflect the quality of your work, they choose the firm whose presence does.

We build marketing around the services and client types your firm actually wants: business bookkeeping and advisory clients that produce year-round revenue, not just a pile of one-time individual returns every spring. That means service-line SEO, a review base that reinforces credibility, content that demonstrates expertise, and campaigns timed to how demand actually flows through your year, including making the most of tax season without living and dying by it.

Marketing built for CPAs and accounting firms

Every service under one roof, so your firm looks established and trustworthy everywhere a potential client finds you.

  • Service-line SEO

Dedicated, optimized pages for tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, built to rank for what your ideal clients search, from small business accountant to CPA near me.

  • Local SEO and Google Business

Map pack visibility and a complete, review-rich Google Business Profile, where a large share of local accounting decisions start, especially during the tax season crunch.

  • Reputation management

A review generation strategy that builds the trust clients need before handing over their finances, an asset that compounds year after year.

  • Seasonal campaign strategy

Campaigns timed to your year: tax season demand capture, extension deadline pushes, and off-season campaigns that fill your book with bookkeeping and advisory clients.

  • Content and authority building

Guides, FAQs, and updates on tax changes that answer what your ideal clients are already searching, positioning your firm as the expert before the first consultation.

  • Website design

A clean, professional site that makes your services clear, your credentials visible, and booking a consultation effortless on any device.

Visuals that match your firm's professionalism

Clients trust firms that look established. Professional visuals are where that impression starts.

  • Team and office photography

Professional headshots and office photography that put real faces on your firm, because people hire accountants, not logos.

  • Video content

Partner introductions, service explainers, and short tax tip videos that build familiarity and demonstrate expertise before a client ever books.

  • Graphic design

Firm collateral, client onboarding materials, social graphics, and tax season promotions, all matched to your brand so every touchpoint looks like the same trusted firm.

Why firms choose us

We are a boutique agency, which means direct attention and a strategy built for your firm rather than a template with your logo on it.

Questions firms ask us

Most of these come up in the first ten minutes of a call, so here they are up front. If yours is not on the list, ask us directly.

How long before we see more inquiries?

Local SEO is a build, not a switch. Most firms start seeing real movement in the first few months, and it compounds from there. Anyone promising you the map pack in two weeks is either misleading you or about to get you penalized.

Timing matters here more than in most industries. Work started in November is positioned for tax season. Work started in February is mostly building for next year, and we will tell you that rather than take your money and imply otherwise.

We mostly want business clients, not individual returns. Can you target that?

Yes, and it is a different strategy entirely. Someone searching for a bookkeeper for their LLC and someone searching for help with a personal return behave differently, land on different pages, and convert on different terms.

If your goal is more monthly bookkeeping and advisory work, we build toward business-owner searches and referral visibility rather than chasing volume in spring.

Is it worth marketing outside tax season?

That is usually where the growth is. Tax season demand largely finds you anyway. The off-season is when you can build the content, rankings, and reputation that determine how much of next season's demand comes to you, and when advisory and bookkeeping conversations actually have room to happen.

Can you help us get more reviews?

Yes. We build a process for asking at the right moment and keep your profile active, which affects both what prospective clients see and how you rank in the map pack. In this industry the ask usually works best right after a return is filed or an engagement wraps.

Do we need a new website, or can you work with ours?

Depends on what you have. Sometimes an existing site has good bones and only needs a refresh and better structure. Other times starting fresh is faster in the long run because the old build is fighting you. On the first call we will look at what you have and tell you which one actually makes sense.

Who is actually doing the work?

The same people you meet on the first call. We are small enough that there is no pitch team and no handoff to someone you have never spoken to. That is a genuine constraint on how many of these we take at once, which is why we are picky about scope.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to your website and Google accounts, a clear picture of the services and client types you want more of, and quick answers when we have questions. The rest is on us.

We do not need and will not ask for access to client financial information to do marketing work.

Do you work with firms outside Oklahoma?

Yes. We are based in Edmond and a lot of our clients are in the Oklahoma City metro, but we have worked with national organizations too, including Feed the Children and Folds of Honor.

The one thing that does not travel is local market knowledge. If you are competing in a city we do not know, we will do the homework, and we will be upfront about the fact that it is homework.

We work with other professionals too

Same approach, different playbook. Each of these has its own referral patterns, its own search behavior, and its own definition of a good client.
